US-060 - Flag an installation that needs scaffolding¶
As a planner, I want to flag an installation that needs scaffolding, so that the crew books it before the day instead of finding out on site.
Acceptance criteria:
- A Scaffolding Required checkbox exists on Installation
- It is on the Installation layout
- Crews can see it, planners can set it
