US-024 - Crew size becomes mandatory¶
As a planner, I want Crew Size to be mandatory on every installation, so that no job is scheduled without a crew.
Acceptance criteria:
- Crew Size is required
- Existing records are backfilled with the default of 2, by a batch that holds on any volume
